WORKSHOP SECRET
A desk, a true work of art of Scandinavian design.
Its clean lines and typical Nordic shapes invite creativity. The spacious drawers, hidden behind sculpted wooden facades, offer generous storage space while preserving the overall aesthetics of the piece.
The tapered solid wood legs ensure perfect stability and add a touch of lightness to the whole. This desk is much more than a simple piece of work furniture, it is a heritage of Danish design that will stand the test of time and enhance any interior.
Born in Copenhagen on 6 October 1923 and died on 17 June 2005, Nanna Ditzel was a Danish architect and designer renowned for her innovative approach and unique style. Often referred to as ‘the grande dame of Scandinavian design’, she left an indelible mark on the world of design.
Nanna Ditzel experimented with new materials and design techniques, such as fibreglass. She also created furniture, in particular chairs and tables with curved lines. She also worked on fabric and jewellery design.
