Abstract Artwork by Flore Sigrist – Acrylic Painting
Flore Sigrist's painting, rooted in gestural painting and abstract expressionism, reveals a deep blue background crossed by bold strokes of white and yellow acrylic paint. These vibrant bursts, both fluid and energetic, create an intense composition full of movement.
This painting would find the perfect balance with our Montaigne sofa, whose understated elegance, featuring sheepskin and straight curves, softens the intensity of the painting. Together, they create a modern, refined, and welcoming atmosphere, blending comfort with contemporary art, something Norki greatly appreciates.

WORKSHOP SECRET
"Let us admire this beauty that does not present itself as a face or a bodily form, nor does it possess reasoning or knowledge. Flore seeks to avoid the pains of anguish; she aims to stigmatize, to escape the tragic, and it is through her extreme sensitivity that she projects onto the canvas what allows her to disorganize her inner chaos. Everything takes shape again and calms down, aligning with her deep nature.
Pain is not always an evil, and it should not always be rejected. Sometimes it must be endured because it leads the artist, the poet, the musician, to create a masterpiece. It is the path that leads to freedom, the only way to free ourselves from the slavery of conventional or prescribed forms. Flore's art compensates for the flaws of raw nature because it possesses beauty."
Alain Renner, former vice-president of Sotheby’s France.
