WORKSHOP SECRET

Zakopane, often considered Poland's winter capital, is famous for its distinctive architectural style, rooted in the Podhale region.

This unique style, known as the Zakopane style, was created by Stanisław Witkiewicz, a prominent Polish painter and art theorist. Fascinated by the traditional architecture of Podhale, Witkiewicz formulated his own vision by combining mountain aesthetics with elements of Art Nouveau.

The result is a harmonious blend of carved wood, sloping roofs and ornamental details that perfectly reflects the soul and culture of this region.
