In the heart of the Principality of Andorra, where the rugged peaks dictate a timeless and powerful stone architecture, stands the Grau Roig Boutique Hotel. A true high-altitude gem, this mountain palace enjoys a rare location, offering an immediate “ski in, ski out” experience at the foot of the Grandvalira ski lifts. Within this spectacular setting, featuring a luxurious spa and breathtaking panoramic views, Norki has orchestrated a masterly reinterpretation of mountain luxury.
Working in close collaboration with the owner, we have elevated the soul of the guest rooms, the welcoming lobby, and the fine-dining restaurants to create an elite sanctuary.
Our house’s expertise was showcased through a complete mastery of the creative process. Every piece of furniture, every wall covering, and every decorative element was rigorously designed and produced within the Norki Workshops.
This bespoke artisanal production—encompassing custom headboards, banquettes, wall coverings, and leather-wrapped doors—required exceptional materials: the textured warmth of sheepskin, the ethereal refinement of Tibetan lambskin, and the graphic nobility of cowhide.

For the guest rooms of Hotel Grau Roig, Norki conceived a collection of bespoke headboards embodying the Maison’s distinctive approach to contemporary luxury. Designed as architectural statement pieces, each creation shapes the atmosphere of the room with elegance, depth and an intimate sense of comfort inspired by the world’s most refined mountain retreats.
This ambitious project in the heart of the Andorran mountains perfectly illustrates Norki’s ability to curate immersive and cohesive decorative worlds. Ottomans crafted in cowhide for the ski room, bespoke banquettes for the restaurants, suede leather or fur wall coverings for the lobby, and cushions crafted in shearling or sheepskin: every element expresses a singular aesthetic vision, combining creativity, precision, and a haute couture spirit, extending the property’s decorative language down to the finest detail.
