In Courchevel, at the foot of over 150 kilometers of pristine ski slopes in one of the most exclusive resorts in the French Alps, this ski-in ski-out chalet is set within a breathtaking alpine landscape. Designed as a family retreat, it combines direct access to the slopes with the highest standards of comfort and luxury interior design.
From the exterior, the tone is immediately set. The façade blends local grey stone with grey-toned wood, deliberately moving away from the aged timber traditionally associated with alpine chalets. A bold architectural choice that redefines vernacular codes, offering a more contemporary interpretation of mountain living.
Rather than replicating tradition, the chalet reimagines it — introducing a refined, precise architectural language that reshapes the concept of luxury in the Alps.
Spread across four levels, the chalet reveals a fluid and thoughtfully designed layout tailored for a large family. The main chalet connects seamlessly to an independent guest house, ensuring both comfort and privacy. From the entrance level, spaces open generously. Grey terrazzo flooring reflects natural light, while expansive glass partitions dissolve boundaries between interior areas.
A sculptural staircase, combining wood and glass, anchors the space — both functional and architectural.
The owners, passionate art collectors, envisioned an interior that reflects their identity: clean lines, bold tones, and uncompromising comfort.
Each space becomes a curated setting for artworks, while remaining deeply livable. The project achieves a delicate balance between contemporary rigor and alpine warmth.
Within the chalet, a dedicated wellness area extends the experience. A counter-current swimming pool, oversized jacuzzi, hammam, and sauna create a space entirely devoted to relaxation and après-ski recovery.

Every piece of furniture, every cushion, carefully designed by our design studio contributes to creating the atmosphere. Our Presto pouf, for instance, finds its place naturally in the entrance, like a sculptural accent within this refined space. Curtains and blinds, crafted in heavy, luxurious fabrics, were designed with special attention by our upholstery atelier, bringing depth and softness to the volumes.
