Pink Sofa Vintage Scandinavian – Gustavian Style
First introduced 200 years ago, the Gustavian style is still very much in vogue today. For a sober, distinguished interior, this chic, timeless style is characterised by neutral, powdery colours.
This pink banquette is a unique and iconic piece adorned with gilded roses around the edges, entirely restored by the craftswomen in our Atelier.
All our vintage furniture is sourced by our Maison and entirely renovated in our workshop. Unique pieces revisited, a NORKI signature.

WORKSHOP SECRET
Flashback to 18th century Sweden.
This is the birthplace of the Gustavian style, imported to France in 1771 by King Gustav III. An art of living, this style creates sober, refined atmospheres, bringing light into Swedish homes to counter the short winter days.
Pastel colours take pride of place, in sky blue, soft green and powder pink.

Myrstedt & Stern is a renowned Swedish furniture company specialising in the manufacture of high-quality furniture in a style mainly inspired by the Gustavian period.
Over the decades, the company has supplied furniture to royal clients and the Swedish elite.
The small sofa on offer was produced by this famous manufacturer.
