Kerstin Hörlin-Holmquist was a Swedish designer renowned for her elegant, timeless furniture. Born in Arvika, she studied at Konstfack in Stockholm.
Her career took off in the 1950s when she worked for NK (Nordiska Kompaniet), creating iconic collections such as ‘Paradiset’. Known for her humanist approach, she combined comfort and aesthetics. Hörlin-Holmquist collaborated with famous Swedish designers and left a lasting impact on modern design.
